Room Size and Camera Position

The size and layout of your meeting room determines the ideal position for our camera.
Usually the camera is at the back of the room facing squarely towards the podium. From this vantage point we can capture all the action without impeding your audience.
Just tell us the room and facility in Vancouver, Victoria, Kelowna or Whistler. If you know the layouts of your different sessions, especially if the arrangement will be unusual, fax or e-mail us sketches or pictures of your plans.

An appealing variety of meeting venues and recreational attractions lie within easy reach of the Vancouver International Airport (YVR).
