Conferences and Seminars

Inform Productions will do all the video work for your Conference or Seminar.
First we find out what you want and we will inform you with what you will get so there are no surprises.
Second we stay out of your way for the duration of the conference so you can do your job while we cover your event in a professional manner.
Thirdly we edit the footage in a timely manner
Fourth we will manage the duplication process and if needed handle distribution as well. Your clients will feel as if they were at the conference themselves!

Meetings

Meetings are far more personal. In this scenario we may work closely with you, the event organizer or meeting planner. We will stay out of your guest’s way while discreetly covering the meeting. You may want to take advantage of having these people together and organize a schedule for getting interviews. At Inform Productions we maintain contact with a wide variety of professional reporters who will excel at bringing out the best from your meeting attendees.

Parties

In your face, funny, alternative shooting styles, with music and lots of candid interviews. Even though it sounds like an easy thing to shoot with your camcorder, are you going to get a good edit out of it? Even for a lighthearted event such as an annual party which has some quirky events happening in them, you are better off having a professional cover the event. Experienced shooters follow the action at your event while following and improvising a storyline that will be created later on in the edit bay.
